Sports as a tool for social change
The Equalizer NGO endeavors to narrow disparities within Israeli society through the utilization of sports as a catalyst for education and societal transformation. Our organization implements distinctive initiatives that integrate professional sports engagement with educational, value-driven, and communal endeavors, in collaboration with schools and community hubs. Our initiatives are primarily directed towards the socially and geographically marginalized areas in Israel, aiming to provide children, both boys and girls, as well as teenagers, with a substantial platform for personal growth. We strive to instill values such as tolerance, mutual respect, violence prevention, and the eradication of racism, thereby fostering connections across diverse segments of Israeli society.

The victory is all theirs.
Our unique model includes operating sports teams that hold weekly training sessions alongside meetings at a social center. In these sessions, we focus on academic support, building self-confidence, developing leadership skills, and fostering life skills.
Additionally, throughout the year, regional tournaments are held, where participants meet other teams from the area for a sporting celebration and an opportunity to connect communities and cultures.
Participants, who are excited to be part of a sports team, are required to attend the learning center and maintain good behavior at school.
